INGREDIENTS:
Arvi/Taro:7-8 boiled, pealed & cut into half
Curd: 4T beaten
Spices: zeera, turmeric pd, Red chili pd, salt, Garam masala, coriander pd, Ajwaaiin seeds.
Coriander leaves for garnish.
METHOD:
STEP 1: Heat some oil in a karahi & fry/roast the pealed & halved arvis to golden brown.
STEP 2: Add the spices: Red chilli pd 1tsp, coriander pd 2 tsp, Turmeric pd 1/2 tsp. Mix & fry little
STEP 3: Add a small cup of water. Stir & Let it boil.
STEP 4: Add the beaten curd or dahi. Stir all the time. Once it begins to boil, leave on low flame. Add salt & leave for some time till it gets thickened & curd sticks to arvi.
STEP 5: Remove from heat. Add chopped coriander leaves & sprinkle garam masala on top. Serve hot with chappattis or rotis or paranthas.
