    To stay fit & in shape, "one must control carbs and eat a higher protein diet...eat Quinoa- has good complex carbs, greek yogurt, beans, tofu etc. Limit rice and bread intake which only has simple carbs and very low glycemic index. Exercise regularly & do some weight lifting for better metabolism.
