Ingredients:
Methods: Mix all the chopped ingredients in a bowl, add little salt, & lemon juice. Mix chopped cilantro/coriander leaves. Refrigerate for an hr at least before serving.
- Tomato: 3 chopped (3 cups) (Tip: You may chop 1 tomato in a grinder to get a crushed texture)
- green onions & red or white onions: chopped fine (1/4 cup)
- bell pepper: 1 small chopped fine 1/2 cup
- garlic: 1/2 tsp crushed/paste
- Jalapenos: 2 finely chopped (1 Tbs)
- lemon juice: 2-3 tsp
- cilantro: chopped 2 tbs
