Ingredients:
1. Peal potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Put them aside submerged in water so that they don't turn black.
2. Pluck out Methi leaves and wash them in a strainer. Chop them fine on a chopping board & keep aside.
3. Take a big non-stick pan for cooking & put 2-3 Tbs of oil. Add 1 tsp cumin seeds & pinch of Hing/asafoetida pd. When crackle, add 1 tsp Turmeric pd & then add the drained potato pieces. Stir for few min. 4. Add the chopped methi leaves and mix. Add red chilli 1tsp & salt to taste. Add coriander pd about 2 tsp or little more. Mix & cover it, keep on medium heat. Stir after 3-5 min, again cover. Let it cook till the potato softens. Remove the lid & now just stir, sprinkle some Garam masala & Amchur pd. You can taste to check the spices esp salt. Add anything if needed. Its READY to SERVE!!!
- Potatoes: 2 big
- Methi leaves: 1 bunch (good size, fresh)
