Ingredients: (4 people)
Buns or Paav: 8-10
For Bhaji: Onions 2, 1 big capsicum, tomato paste(1 small can) or 2 tomatoes, green chillies. 2 medium potatoes boiled
Spices: Red chilli pd, salt, Paav Bhaji masala
Coriander leaves: to garnish
METHOD:
1. Chop capsicum and onions separately in a chopper/grinder (don't make it pasty, chop very small pieces)
2. Roast: Heat oil in a karahi or pan & add onions first. Stir for a while & then add half of the capsicum. Keep stirring.
3. Add Paav Bhaji masala & keep roasting till you have the roasted aroma.
4. Add Tomato paste (1 small can) or freshly grinded tomatoes (2) & continue roasting. Add green chilllies or red chilli pd if u like hot.
5. Add boiled crushed/broken potatoes into the pan & stir to mix everything. Add rest of capsicum too & mix all. If at this point it becomes little dry, add some water to keep it little liquidy.
6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot. You may sprinkle little lemon juice or add little chopped onions for added flavor.
