INGREDIENTS:
Lasagnia: 1 box
Spinach: fresh or frozen chopped fine
Pasta Sauce: 2 cups
Broccoli: 1 cup chopped
cheese: grated (monterey jack)
Ketchup: few tablespoons
Crushed red pepper

METHOD: 5 EAZY STEPS>>>
1. BOILING LASAGNIA:
Prepare the lasagnia by cooking in boiling water till ready like pasta. Drain in a strainer. Wash with cold water & keep aside.

2. MIXING : Mix fresh spinach in pasta sauce in a bowl. Add ketchup, & crushed pepper. (If spinach is frozen, defrost it before)
3. LAYERING: Take an oven proof elongated glass dish & spread a layer of lasagnia at the base, topping it with pasta sauce/spinach mixture. Spread some broccoli pieces on top as shown below.

4. Repeat the process at step 3 till all the lasagnia is used. The top most layer can be without broccoli. Just plain pasta sauce & some ketchup can be used on top of last layer. Spread grated cheese uniformly on top.

5 BAKING at 375 deg F
Cover dish with Aluminum foil & bake in oven at 375 deg F for 35-40 min. till cheese is all melted. Voila!!! the colorful yummy dish is ready!!
