Ingredients: 1 can of white Northern beans or white beans/ lobia
Tomatoes & onions chopped, coriander leaves, green chillies, mustard seeds, Curry leaves.
METHOD:
1. Drain the beans & wash them. Keep them aside.
2. Heat a pan, add 2 tsp oil & add mustard seeds. When crackle add 3-4 curry leaves.
3. Add chopped onion & saute till soft. Add tomatoes & chopped 1-2 green chillies, stir few sec. & add the beans.
4. Add salt, stir to mix & dry the extra liquid. Sprinkle coriander leaves & Serve hot.
TIP: Tastes better if you mix in 1 tsp of green coriander chutney, if you have. OR take it separately along with bean snack.
