Ingredients:
1. Soak rice in water for few hrs before making or use cooked rice.
2. Take milk in a big pan & add condensed milk to it. Keep stirring for 5-10 min. Add rice & bring it to boil. Lower the flame, continue stirring. Add Kesar leaves (4-5)
3. After stirring for half hr, the kheer should begin to thicken. Continue stirring till right consistency is reached. Add cardamom powder for added flavor.
4. Garnish with almonds cut finely. Serve hot or cold.
