1. Chop Paneer into cubes (1 big cup full) for 6-8 wraps.

Take 5-6 Tbs of curd/yogurt & 3 Tbs of Besan. Mix together nicely.

MARINATE: Add chopped vegetables and Paneer cubes to the yogurt mix. Stir all lightly and keep aside for 10-15 min.
Take 1 Tbs olive oil on a non-stick pan & add the Paneer-curd mixture. Stir lightly & fry the mixture for few min. (3-4min). Don't let it break or get mushy.
Add 2 tsp ketchup (optional) for extra flavor & more chat masala if needed. Taste for spiciness.

Prepare Coriander chutney. Add little beaten yogurt (2tsp) to make it lighter creamy green color & tastier.
Prepare Onion rings in lemon juice & chatmasala. Keep aside to later spread on the stuffing mixture.

Make paranthas or take ready-made tortillas as shown. Heat the tawa & slightly cook tortilla on both sides before spreading the paneer mixture in the center. Spread chutney on top and place some spicy onion rings in lemon juice.
Fold tortilla in wrap form & cut into half. serve hot with green chutney.
