METHOD: (4-6 people)
1. Fry Bread: Cut bread slices 5-6 as shown & deep fry golden brown. Drain them on paper napkin first before you spread them on a dish/tray as shown.

2. Thicken Milk: Take about one & a half cup milk in a pan & heat it. Constantly stir to thicken it like the milk of Ras malai syrupy consistency. Add sugar depending on how sweet you like.
Add few saffron/kesar leaves (optional) for flavor & some color.

3. Preparation to serve:
Place the bread in a shallow dish/tray. Pour the thickened sweetened saffron milk on each piece, with some extra for them to absorb. Sprinkle cardamom pd & almonds (grated or sliced thinly) on top for rich flavorful dessert. Serve it cold or medium temperature or hot (pour hot milk over bread at the time of serving)
