INGREDIENTS:
Paneer - 300 gms, cut into 2" squares
Capsicum (green or other colors too)- 2 large sized, cut into 1" pieces
Onion - 3, each cut into 4 pieces (optional,not used in above pic)
Tomato - 2, cut into 8 pieces
(note: you may add some other veggies too if u like, such as brinjal or zuchini pieces)
For the marinade:
Curd - 1 cup thick/creamy
Turmeric powder - 3Tbs
Oil - one & 1/2 tbsp.
Cornflour - 1 tbsp.
Dry mango (amchoor) powder - 1/2 tsp.
Black salt - 1/2 tsp.
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp.
Tandoori chicken masala (for non-veg) - 1 Tbsp.
or Chat Masala (for vegetarians) I Tbs
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 Tbsp.
Salt as per taste

Preparation
- Mix all ingredients of the marinade in a bowl. Add panner and vegetables. Mix well.
- Arrange paneer and vegetables in skewers.
- Grease wire or grill rack. Put tikkas on it.
- Preheat microwave oven (convection mode) at 200°C.
- Put wire or grill rack with tikkas in the hot oven.
- Cook at 200°C for 15 minutes.
- Spoon some melted butter on the tikkas and cook further for 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven. Sprinkle chat masala and lemon juice. Serve hot.
