INGREDIENTS:
- 5-6 Hoggie buns or split long buns/bread with crust(or as many you need for each person, alter the amts of veggies accordingly)
- Veggies: chopped all: 1/4th medium cucumber, 1 small tomato, 1 small onion(optional), 2 green spring onions (mostly onion part with little leafy portion), jalapeno, 1/2 capsicum (red/orange or green or mix)
- Hot Salsa ready-made or make at home. (See recipe under Nachos on page chips & salsa)
- Cheese grated or sliced
METHOD:
1. Put all chopped veggies in a bowl & add Salsa 5-6 tablespoon for special zing & spicy hot flavor (the above pic is without salsa, for those who like bland/non-spicy taste). Mix all. Add salt & pepper to taste.

2. Slit the long buns lengthwise into 2 halves. Scrape some bread out from bottom half to create depression for filling. Spread some grated cheese on both parts of buns & grill in toaster oven or big oven (if making more), till cheese melts & bun gets slightly crispy & browned.
Take the grilled buns & spread the filling mixture on bottom bun in the depression created. Cover with top half of bun, slightly press it & enjoy with a drink. You may cut it into 1-2 parts for easy eating.
