RECIPE: (3 medium capsicum)
1. Cut capsicum or green peppers into medium size squares
2. Take Besan or chickpea flour (1 small cup) in a bowl. Add salt to taste, red chili pd, sugar (3 tsp), Turmeric/haldi pd (1 tsp), Amchur pd (2 tsp). Taste the masala mixture for spices.
3. Add oil (3T) in a karahi or pan. Add mustard seeds (rai). When they crackle, add capsicum pieces. Stir & cover on low flame. Stir in between till they soften a bit (check)
4. Add besan/chickpea flour spice mixture to the capsicum. Keep stirring in between to roast a little medium brown. Keep on medium flame. Sprinkle some water if it gets too dry.
